You must be logged into the MHOA website, and have a 2026 paid MHOA membership to register for the conference during advance registration. If you’re not currently an MHOA member, you may apply for membership and then register for the conference. These can be done at the same time by contacting Lisa Pacella ([email protected])
To register a group of people under a single payor, please email Lisa Pacella ([email protected]) with the list of members, their email addresses, any dietary restrictions, and a point of contact.
MHOA is pleased to offer conference rates at the Marriott Springfield Downtown, Sheraton Springfield Monarch Place Hotel, MGM Springfield, and the Holiday Inn Express Springfield Downtown. Booking links will be sent once you have registered for the conference.

Program
The conference will feature concurrent sessions on Wednesday, October 28th and Thursday, October 29th, from 8:30am to 4:30pm. Friday’s Action Training Day on October 30th will be from 9:30 am to 11:30 am.

If you are staying at a hotel within walking distance, we suggest parking at the hotel and walking to the convention center.
