Nicotine Free Generation replaces the minimum age sales law on tobacco and vape products. It provides that anyone who is 21 years of age or older on a designated date may continue purchasing nicotine products for the rest of their lives, but for anyone younger than 21 on that date, the municipality would be nicotine free now and forever. How did this ground breaking policy come about in MA and what are the recommended steps if your municipality is interested?
