Terry Kennedy of the Northeast Public Health Training Hub has more than 20 years of experience as a Food Safety Professional and is a certified REHS/RS. His experience includes roles as a Regulatory Food Inspector, as well as on the industry side as a Corporate Sanitarian within supermarket and coffee chains.
Terry is certainly passionate about Food Safety, teaching, and helping individuals realize their potential by providing these presentations and trainings, along with his day-to-day work as The Northeast Public Health Training Hub’s Regional Food Trainer. Terry will take us on a deep dive into the three-bay sinks, dish machines, and beyond, as Terry will provide us with the need-to-know information, as well as present practical tips and best practices for assessing all things related to warewashing.
