OLRH Local Public Health Monthly Webinar

Dear Local Public Health Partner,

Thank you for your engagement and participation in the 2025 Local Public Health Monthly Webinar series. In 2025, we hosted 23 webinars with an average of 323 attendees! Looking ahead to 2026, we hope to continue to provide you with timely and informative updates on relevant and emerging public health topics.

2026 webinars:

• The webinars will remain the FIRST TUESDAY of every month. Webinars start promptly at 3 p.m. and are slated for one hour.

• The webinar LINK IS THE SAME AS 2025. The link you use to join the webinars now will be the same link you use for next year.

• The registration link is the same. If you already attend the webinars, YOU DO NOT NEED TO REGISTER again. You only need to register if you are a new attendee.

• Following this email, everyone who is currently registered for the webinars will receive an email confirmation directly from Zoom.
  • The subject line is: “DPH Local Public Health Monthly Webinars Confirmation”.
  • That email will contain YOUR UNIQUE LINK to join the webinars and a link to import the CALENDAR EVENTS. Here’s a how-to guide to import events into your calendar.

• If you want to forward the event to a colleague, DO NOT FORWARD your calendar event. Please send them the registration link so they will receive their own unique link. 

Special webinars:

• The events imported into your calendar will include special webinars already scheduled. These special webinars use the same link as the monthly webinar series. Any special webinars after these dates will need to be added by you in 2026.
  • Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2025 from 3 – 4 p.m.: Clinical Liability from MAHB
  • Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2026 from 3 – 4 p.m.: Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) from MAHB
  • Tuesday, Mar. 10, 2026 from 3 – 4 p.m.: SAPHE 2.0 Reporting: Performance Standards
